Graeme Shepherd BVM&S MRCVS Managing & Clinical Director, Senior Veterinary Surgeon
Alison Shepherd BVSc AVP MRCVS Clinical Director, Senior Veterinary Surgeon
Alison is one of our senior vets and is particularly keen on companion animal critical care, ultrasound and radiology. She has recently obtained a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice - her focus for this certificate is dog and cat medicine. Looking after her three boys and further studying fills the rest of her time.

Jodie Young RVN - Head nurse
Jodie joined the nursing team as a student vet nurse in 2020 and qualified in 2021. Jodie has recently been promoted to deputy head nurse She has a very keen interest in inpatient care and nurse clinics.

Becky Sivell RVN
Becky has worked in the practice since 1993. She worked her way up to become Head Nurse, having qualified in 2008, and then, following maternity leave, she rejoined the practice as a fully qualified veterinary nurse in 2010.
Tammy Banks - Veterinary nurse
Tammy has been within the veterinary industry for over 20 years. Tammy has a special interest in surgical nursing and anesthesia.
Tammy has a young family at home and enjoys running, meditating and long walks in the countryside.
Rebecca Preece - RVN
Rebecca joined us in September 2024. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2023 and is looking forward to continuing her nursing journey with us. Rebecca has a keen interest in nurse clinics and can always be found handing out treats.

Megan Weaver - SVN - maternity leave
Megan is a qualified animal nursing assistant with a degree in animal welfare and behaviour. She is now studying to become a registered veterinary nurse. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her French bulldog Rossie.

Louise Childes (Company Secretary)
Louise has been in the practice since 1978. At this time she joined as a student Veterinary Nurse. However, over the years, her role has changed and in 1990, she became a Secretary, advancing to her current role of Company Secretary. Louise is also a Driving Instructor and used to be and On-Call Fire Fighter.

Emma is actually Louise (our company secretary) Sister. Emma joined us to pursue a change of career. She has 2 cats at home and 3 boys to keep her busy.
